Wyong Seniors Local Achievement Award 2024 presented to President Carmen by David Harris. The Centre is run entirely by volunteers and the credit for this award goes entirely to the wonderful people who donate their time and skills to keep the Centre active. The Board of Management thanks all for their dedicated service.
Treasurer and Linedance teacher, Lynn Wheildon received a Recognition Statement from Minister Yasmin Catley, in recognition of her many years of volunteering at the Centre and her fundraising for various local charities. This statement was read out in the NSW Legislative Assembly in 2024. Lynn is humbled by this recognition and appreciates the fact that she was anonymously nominated.
